Characters Bio:

Aerin Rritlo

- The 4th sibling of the Rritlo family and the only child born without magic abilities. Due to those circumstances, it caused a rift in her family between her parents, and her siblings all because she lacks magic. She is a shy, quiet, and somewhat sad individual who keeps to herself whether it be by choice or from her past conditioning. She tends to have a negative view on herself and her life due to her father and older siblings ingraining the idea that she is worthless since she isn't magical like them and would be better off dead. Despite her harsh life, she kept a glimmer of hope that allowed her to still have feelings of happiness and joy, even if they are limited, thanks to her sister Lori who stayed by her side as much as she could even though their father made it very impossible by him keeping Aerin locked away in the house from the outside world forever and getting her isolated from her siblings by teaching them to hate her. Eventhough she is considered a disgrace to the Rritlo name, she remained strong and with a spirit that never broke by her father's hand, though she is left with episodes of depression due to her childhood and father. However, things only got worse when Aerin was 19 years old and her father died, granting her freedom to live her life for once only to get inflicted by a curse that trapped her as a beast for 5 years. Thankfully, a temporary cure was created that allowed Aerin to regain her conscious and self-control over the curse, but the curse is getting stronger and Aerin fears she may lose to it and lose her loved ones, like her sister Lori.

Aerin's cursed form/The Scarlet Beast

- A curse put upon Aerin that has manifested itself into the form of a beastial monstrousity that thrives on causing misery to Aerin and all around her. Getting dubbed The Scarlet Beast by her sister's students, The Scarlet Beast is the living embodiment of all negative aspects of a person. It is cruel, hateful, aggresive, sadistic, and bloodthirsty. The Scarlet Beast lives for tormenting Aerin and hurting as many people as possible, especially those close to Aerin. However, due to being a curse, it has drawbacks. The curse can only exist if it gains control over the cursed host, otherwise it is trapped inside the person. With that said, the main goal of The Scarlet Beast is to gain complete control of Aerin forever, allowing her to take over her body and be free to commit all kinds of horrors it imagines .

Lorellin "Lori" Rritlo

- The 5th and youngest siblings of the Rritlo family. She is in a marriage with her husband who is controlling of her decisions to go to far from his sight and presence, so she can be found anywhere within the walls of the kingdom she resides in. She is currently serving as the head household member of the Rritlo Manor while her oldest sister and brothers are currently gone. Lori is a well-mannered and uptight individual, giving off distant and unfriendly vibes from first glance.That personality of hers is due to being upbringed by a cruel father that kept was obsessed with making sure all his children were good enough to be a Rritlo by their family standards. However, thankfully she kept her upbeat, easy-going, and caring nature by making sure to always include her sister Aerin with her inactivities, much to her father's displeasure. Lori is the best magic user of her family name, excelling her older siblings which caused a rift between her and them. Despite her happy and strong nature, she is hiding a scecret. She hides her cursed sister in the magic infused prison in the basement because Lori feels guilt to Aerin's curse, veiwing it as her fault because she promised to protect Aerin from all harm upon her mother's dying request to protect her magicless sister. 

Lori is currently the master of her two apprentices: Tony and Jocelyn, and the three of them with the help of Rubert, are on a quest to rid the lands of the curses that infect it, saving the cursed people, and ultimately defeating the Masked Beast, the villain responsible for cursing people.
